Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipe

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top. Let it simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve hot.
