Description

An incredibly easy and delicious Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge recipe that takes only 15 minutes to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients to prep.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave peanut butter and butter for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Alternatively, melt in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt until combined.
  4. Sift in powdered sugar, mixing in batches, until thick and smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into a lined 8×8-inch pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months.
