Ingredients

- 8 oz (225g) pasta of choice
- 2 cups (150g) sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
