Description

A deliciously creamy and rich mushroom pasta that’s perfect for a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta of choice
  • 2 cups (150g) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
