- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves for wrapping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, mayonnaise, celery, and nuts until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add spinach, and place a scoop of the mixture.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into pieces.
