Description

A delightfully creamy and cheesy baked pasta dish that is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella cheese to the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

You can keep the dish customizable by adding vegetables or proteins like chicken, beef, or sausage.
