- 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella cheese to the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
