Description

This Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie combines creamy brie with sweet and tart cranberry sauce, topped with crunchy pecans for a delightful appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie Cheese
  • 1 cup of Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Pecans
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey
  • Fresh Herbs (rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a small baking dish or a cast-iron skillet with parchment paper.
  3. Unwrap the Brie cheese and place it in the center of the prepared dish.
  4. Spoon a generous layer of cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
  5. Evenly distribute the chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Drizzle honey over the pecans.
  7. If using, sprinkle your fresh herbs on top.
  8. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is gooey and warm.
