Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Allow the soup to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
