A rich, silky 4-ingredient Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse made in just 5 minutes. High-protein, ultra-creamy, secretly healthy, and perfect for a quick dessert, meal prep, or guilt-free chocolate fix.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 450 g Full-fat cottage cheese (Use cold)
  • 40 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 60 ml Maple syrup or honey (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder (Extra protein)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter (For richness)
  • 1 tbsp Instant espresso powder (For mocha flavor)
  • Extra sweetener (To taste)
  • Fresh berries (Optional)
  • Whipped cream (Optional)
  • Dark chocolate shavings (Optional)
  • Chopped nuts (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese to blender first. Add cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high for 2–3 minutes without stopping. Scrape sides and blend 30 seconds more.
  2. Mixture should look like thick pudding with zero lumps. Rub a bit between your fingers — if grainy, blend another minute. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed; blend 10 seconds more.
  3. Divide into glasses. Press cling film directly onto the surface. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and spoonable.
