- 450 g Full-fat cottage cheese (Use cold)
- 40 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 60 ml Maple syrup or honey (Adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder (Extra protein)
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter (For richness)
- 1 tbsp Instant espresso powder (For mocha flavor)
- Extra sweetener (To taste)
- Fresh berries (Optional)
- Whipped cream (Optional)
- Dark chocolate shavings (Optional)
- Chopped nuts (Optional)
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese to blender first. Add cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high for 2–3 minutes without stopping. Scrape sides and blend 30 seconds more.
- Mixture should look like thick pudding with zero lumps. Rub a bit between your fingers — if grainy, blend another minute. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed; blend 10 seconds more.
- Divide into glasses. Press cling film directly onto the surface. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and spoonable.
