- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 2 medium carrots, sliced

- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients by chopping turkey and dicing vegetables.
- In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
