Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the shredded coconut and toffee bits (and nuts if using) until evenly distributed.
