- 2 tablespoons fresh lime or key lime juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla or coconut Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Extra lime wedge for serving
- Graham cracker crumbs for serving
- Whipped cream for serving
- Shredded toasted coconut for serving
Instructions
