Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line it with muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Scoop the batter into your prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then dip the tops into melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Notes
