Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by combining warm water, 1/4 cup sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.

  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the rolled dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into equal pieces.
