- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Green Food Coloring
- Optional: Edible Glitter or Sprinkles

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whip the egg whites on medium speed until foamy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the cream of tartar and continue to whisk until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while whisking on high until stiff peaks form (about 8-10 minutes).
- Gently fold in vanilla extract and green food coloring until combined.
- Transfer the meringue to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe tree shapes onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes until completely dry and crisp.
- Turn off the oven, leave the door ajar, and cool the meringues inside for 30 minutes.
Notes
For a festive touch, consider airbrushing your cooled meringues with edible glitter.
