- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (red, green, and white)
Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix with the ingredients specified on the box. Blend until smooth.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until smooth. Let it thicken.
- Pour the pudding evenly over the poked cake, ensuring the holes are filled.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the pudding.
- Spread the whipped topping evenly over the chilled cake, and sprinkle with holiday sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Make sure to cool the cake properly before poking holes to avoid breaking it apart. You can customize with crushed peppermint candies on top.
