Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Oreo crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Mini Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap a 9-inch springform pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and sugar, then press into the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, cocoa, and food coloring. Whip cream and fold it into the mixture with sprinkles.
  4. Reduce oven to 325°F (160°C), place foil-wrapped pan in a larger roasting pan and add hot water. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off oven, leave cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Remove, cool, then chill for at least 6-8 hours.
  6. Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkle with mini Oreos and additional sprinkles before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow cream cheese to reach room temperature before mixing.
