Description
Delight in these easy Chocolate Pecan Cranberry Clusters that combine chocolate, pecans, and cranberries for a perfect holiday treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Substitute with dark chocolate for more intensity.)
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate (Can be replaced with more semi-sweet chocolate for a less sweet option.)
- 1 cup Pecans (Swap with walnuts or almonds if desired.)
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries (Raisins or dried cherries work well as substitutes.)
Instructions
- Line two large baking trays with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate over simmering water, stirring until smooth—about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries until everything is evenly coated.
- Using a tablespoon, mound spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the prepared trays, shaping them into clusters.
- Refrigerate the clusters for at least one hour until they’re firm.
- Once chilled, carefully remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
