Description

Delight in these easy Chocolate Pecan Cranberry Clusters that combine chocolate, pecans, and cranberries for a perfect holiday treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Substitute with dark chocolate for more intensity.)
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate (Can be replaced with more semi-sweet chocolate for a less sweet option.)
  • 1 cup Pecans (Swap with walnuts or almonds if desired.)
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries (Raisins or dried cherries work well as substitutes.)

Instructions

  1. Line two large baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate over simmering water, stirring until smooth—about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Using a tablespoon, mound spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the prepared trays, shaping them into clusters.
  5. Refrigerate the clusters for at least one hour until they’re firm.
  6. Once chilled, carefully remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
