Description

Irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookies that are crispy on the edges and chewy in the center, ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
