Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F, line baking sheets with parchment, bring butter to room temperature, and prepare all measured ingredients.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon; whisk dry ingredients separately and combine gently.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed candy canes until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough, place on sheets, bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden; cool 5 minutes and transfer to cooling rack.
- Melt white chocolate, drizzle over cooled cookies, add sprinkles and crushed candy canes, dust with powdered sugar, and let set.
