- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreo or graham cracker)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (For crust)
- 24 oz cream cheese (Softened (3 blocks))
- 1 cup granulated sugar (For filling)
- 3 large eggs (Room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (Room temperature)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (Flavor)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (For filling)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (For ganache)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (For ganache)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (For garnish)
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9×13 pan and bake at 325°F for 10 mins.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add sour cream and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time on low speed; fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.
- Pour over crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until center is almost set; cool completely.
- Pour hot cream over chips to make ganache; spread over bars and chill for 4 hours.
