Description

A cozy comfort food that combines creamy Alfredo sauce, hearty chicken, and crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold in broccoli florets.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pour the chicken and Alfredo mixture, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the tater tots over the chicken mixture.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken with turkey or chickpeas for a vegetarian option. You can also swap broccoli for peas or spinach.
