- 1 lb. cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold in broccoli florets.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pour the chicken and Alfredo mixture, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the tater tots over the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken with turkey or chickpeas for a vegetarian option. You can also swap broccoli for peas or spinach.
