A delicious twist on traditional lasagna, these Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are filled with a creamy chicken ricotta mixture and topped with rich Alfredo sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Cooked chicken, shredded
- Alfredo sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles. Drain and let cool.
- Mix chicken, ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, and spinach. Season.
- Spread Alfredo sauce on the baking dish.
- Fill the noodles and roll them up. Place seam-side down.
- Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed mushrooms. You can also use low-fat cheese varieties for a healthier dish.
