Description

A delicious twist on traditional lasagna, these Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are filled with a creamy chicken ricotta mixture and topped with rich Alfredo sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles. Drain and let cool.
  3. Mix chicken, ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, and spinach. Season.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce on the baking dish.
  5. Fill the noodles and roll them up. Place seam-side down.
  6. Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  7. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed mushrooms. You can also use low-fat cheese varieties for a healthier dish.
