Description

A refreshing Cherry Smoothie that provides a quick and delicious solution for busy days, packed with antioxidants and vitamins.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of frozen cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the frozen cherries, banana, almond milk, and honey. Toss in the ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is thick, add a splash more almond milk.
  3. Taste test, and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Using frozen cherries saves time and eliminates the need for additional ice. Feel free to add spinach or protein powder for extra nutrients.
