- 1 cup of frozen cherries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- A few ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, add the frozen cherries, banana, almond milk, and honey. Toss in the ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth. If the mixture is thick, add a splash more almond milk.
- Taste test, and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Using frozen cherries saves time and eliminates the need for additional ice. Feel free to add spinach or protein powder for extra nutrients.
