Ingredients

- 300g dark chocolate – for the shell
- 200g dark chocolate – for the ganache filling
- 100ml heavy cream – to create the ganache
Instructions
- Melt 300g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into bonbon molds, coating the sides evenly, and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Chill the molds in the fridge for about 15 minutes until set.
- Heat 100ml of heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to boil, then pour it over 200g of finely chopped dark chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Fill the set chocolate shells with the ganache, leaving space at the top.
- Cover the ganache with remaining melted chocolate to seal the bonbons and chill until set (about 15-20 minutes).
- Gently remove the bonbons from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different fillings or flavorings to customize your bonbons. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
