- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, steamed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a vibrant color on your broccoli, plunge it into ice water immediately after steaming. You can customize by adding more veggies or different proteins.
