Step 1: Prepare the Apples

  1. The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees F (175degC).
  2. Clean then dry your apples. Utilizing the sharpest knife or apple corer, take the cores off, creating an opening in the middle inside each one. Be cautious not to cut through all the way.
  3. Cleanse the interiors of apples using lemon juice in order to avoid the browning.

2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix in the cream cheesesugarvanilla extract along with cinnamon until it is smooth and smooth.
