Description

Delicious and playful wraps filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh fruit, perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • Soft flour tortillas or wraps
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, diced mango, kiwi, or peaches)
  • Optional add-ins: mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or finely chopped mint

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Beat again until fluffy. Fold in the yogurt until silky and spreadable.
  2. Warm a tortilla in a dry skillet for 10 to 15 seconds per side. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cheesecake filling over the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch clear at the edges.
  4. Scatter fresh fruit evenly, ensuring not to pile it too high.
  5. Roll tightly from one side to the other, like making a burrito.
  6. If making pinwheels, wrap the roll in plastic and chill for 20 to 30 minutes, then slice.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey before serving. Serve cold.

Chill the filling if it gets too loose, and ensure fruit is dried to avoid sogginess.
