- 3 cups cooked chicken (Shredded or cubed)
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz bag)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (Shredded)
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (1 standard can)
- 1 cup sour cream (Full fat for creaminess)
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix (1 oz packet)
- 1/2 cup milk (To thin sauce)
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (Cooked and crumbled)
- 1 tbsp fresh chives (Chopped garnish)
- 2 tbsp Ranch dressing (For drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Mix soup, sour cream, milk, ranch packet, and spices in a large bowl.
- Stir in chicken and bacon until fully coated.
- Spread chicken mixture in dish; top with cheddar cheese and tater tots.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until tots are crispy and golden.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chives before serving.
