Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (Shredded or cubed)
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz bag)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (Shredded)
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (1 standard can)
  • 1 cup sour cream (Full fat for creaminess)
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix (1 oz packet)
  • 1/2 cup milk (To thin sauce)
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (Cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives (Chopped garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing (For drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, ranch packet, and spices in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in chicken and bacon until fully coated.
  4. Spread chicken mixture in dish; top with cheddar cheese and tater tots.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until tots are crispy and golden.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chives before serving.
