A quick and indulgent cheat’s hazelnut and chocolate fudge that’s sure to impress friends and family.
Ingredients
Scale
- 350 g Dark chocolate
- 395 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons Single cream
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 210 g Hazelnuts
Instructions
- Line a 20cm square slice tin with non-stick baking paper.
- Place the dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, single cream, and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring gently for 5–6 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Add half of the chopped hazelnuts to the melted chocolate blend and stir to combine.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin. Top with remaining hazelnuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once set, gently remove the fudge from the tin and slice into pieces.
