Description

A quick and indulgent cheat’s hazelnut and chocolate fudge that’s sure to impress friends and family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 350 g Dark chocolate
  • 395 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Single cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 210 g Hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Line a 20cm square slice tin with non-stick baking paper.
  2. Place the dark chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, single cream, and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring gently for 5–6 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Add half of the chopped hazelnuts to the melted chocolate blend and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin. Top with remaining hazelnuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.
  5. Once set, gently remove the fudge from the tin and slice into pieces.
