Description
A creamy and crunchy cauliflower salad that’s quick to prepare, perfect for family gatherings or potlucks.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Carefully add the cauliflower florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooled cauliflower, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions into the dressing mixture. Toss gently until well combined.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
