Enjoy a quick and nutritious breakfast with these Caramel Macchiato Overnight Oats that blend coffee flavors and healthy ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Extra caramel drizzle for topping
  • Dash of cinnamon for topping
  • Shaved dark chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso and let cool.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir gently.
