Description
A flavorful Cajun-inspired dish featuring salmon and shrimp topped with a lemon and butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear salmon in olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove salmon; add butter and shrimp to the same skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Add lemon juice to shrimp, toss and serve over salmon. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a milder version, adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste.
