Description

A flavorful Cajun-inspired dish featuring salmon and shrimp topped with a lemon and butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear salmon in olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove salmon; add butter and shrimp to the same skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  5. Add lemon juice to shrimp, toss and serve over salmon. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a milder version, adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste.
