- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup blackberry jam
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter; press into a greased baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; spread over the crust.
- Top with blackberry jam and whipped topping.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute cream cheese with soy-based cream cheese, and use coconut whipped cream.
