- ¼ tsp baking powder (Helps with rise)
- 1 pinch sea salt (Balances sweetness)
- 1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread (Adds a decadent surprise)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Blend all ingredients except the Biscoff spread until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin and dollop the Biscoff spread in the center.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are firm and the top is golden brown.
