  • 50 g coconut yogurt (Adds creaminess and tropical flavor)
  • ½ cup oats (The heart of the dish)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (Natural sweetener)
  • ¼ cup dairy free milk (Choose your favorite plant-based milk)
  • 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter (Adds nutty flavor and protein)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (Infuses warmth)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder (Helps with rise)
  • 1 pinch sea salt (Balances sweetness)
  • 1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread (Adds a decadent surprise)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blend all ingredients except the Biscoff spread until smooth.
