A delicious and quick twist on the classic Big Mac, wrapped in a tortilla for an easy, on-the-go meal.
Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Big Mac seasoning (or a mix of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt)
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons diced pickles
- 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
- Onion slices (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, dice pickles and onions, and shred lettuce (5 minutes).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Big Mac seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for a few minutes (2-3 minutes).
- Lay tortilla flat and add the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, and dressing (2 minutes).
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides (1 minute).
- Toast each side of the wrap in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden (2-3 minutes).
- Slice in half on a diagonal and serve with extra dressing on the side.
Notes
You can customize the fillings to suit your preferences or dietary needs. Heating leftovers in a skillet maintains texture better than the microwave.
