Description

A delicious and quick twist on the classic Big Mac, wrapped in a tortilla for an easy, on-the-go meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Big Mac seasoning (or a mix of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt)
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons diced pickles
  • 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
  • Onion slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients, dice pickles and onions, and shred lettuce (5 minutes).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Big Mac seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for a few minutes (2-3 minutes).
  4. Lay tortilla flat and add the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, and dressing (2 minutes).
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides (1 minute).
  6. Toast each side of the wrap in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden (2-3 minutes).
  7. Slice in half on a diagonal and serve with extra dressing on the side.

Notes

You can customize the fillings to suit your preferences or dietary needs. Heating leftovers in a skillet maintains texture better than the microwave.
