Description

A deliciously savory dish of ground beef, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese wrapped in flaky pizza dough, perfect for busy families.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Diced Pickles
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tube Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, Melted
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, season with salt and pepper, and stir in crumbled bacon.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and spread beef mixture on it.
  4. Top with cheese and pickles, then roll into log shape and slice.
  5. Brush with melted garlic butter and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dips on the side.

Notes

Customize with your favorite seasonings or vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
