- 2 Flatbreads (lavash, pita, or pizza crust)
- 200 g Cooked or Roasted Chicken (shredded)
- 4–5 tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 100 g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Small Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Small Sweet Pepper (thinly sliced, optional)
- 1–2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro or Parsley (for garnish)
- Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt (optional for serving)
- Lime Wedges (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, mix 200 g shredded chicken with 3 tbsp of BBQ sauce.
- Spread 1 tbsp of BBQ sauce on each flatbread.
- Distribute BBQ chicken evenly on flatbreads.
- Top with shredded cheese and veggies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
- Garnish, let cool slightly, and serve with sour cream or lime wedges!
Notes
For an extra crispy base, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes at the end of baking.
