An incredibly delicious and easy Bang Bang Chicken Fried Rice that combines tender chicken, colorful veggies, and fluffy rice in a savory sweet sauce, ready in just 30 minutes.

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add diced bell peppers and frozen peas. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well. Pour in soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Use day-old rice for better texture. Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
