- 4 sheets graham crackers (crushed to form a base)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for melting)
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (for gooey texture)
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (for freshness)
- 1 large banana (sliced)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (for crunch)
- 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Crush about 4 graham cracker sheets into fine crumbs and sprinkle evenly in a greased cast iron skillet.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of the crushed graham crackers.
- Layer 1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips.
- Slice your banana and spread the slices on top of the marshmallows. Add sliced strawberries and sprinkle 1/4 cup of chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips on top.
- Broil in the oven on HIGH for 3-4 minutes until marshmallows are puffy and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
