Description

An irresistible Banana Split Cake that combines creamy layers, fresh fruit, and nostalgic flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in 1 cup of whipped cream, mixing until well blended. Spread over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Layer sliced bananas evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the remaining whipped cream over the bananas.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
  6. Chill for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe bananas for the best flavor. Chill your bowls for fluffier whipped cream.
