Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680 g total)
  • 120 ml (½ cup) balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and oregano in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet and pour any remaining marinade over them. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) to prevent overcooking.
