- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680 g total)
- 120 ml (½ cup) balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and oregano in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet and pour any remaining marinade over them. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) to prevent overcooking.
