Description

Delicious and easy baked taquitos filled with cream cheese and shredded chicken, perfect for family gatherings or quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill tortillas with the mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet; brush with oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot!
