Description

Baked Boursin Salmon is a simple and delicious dish that combines tender salmon fillets with creamy Boursin cheese, enhanced with olive oil and lemon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread an equal amount of Boursin cheese over each salmon fillet, covering them generously.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
