Baked Boursin Salmon is a simple and delicious dish that combines tender salmon fillets with creamy Boursin cheese, enhanced with olive oil and lemon.

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread an equal amount of Boursin cheese over each salmon fillet, covering them generously.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
