Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer. Set aside.
  2. Make the whipped cream: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form. This will take about 3-5 minutes.
