Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Sprinkles or crushed candy canes for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch baking dish. Use the back of a spoon to make it even.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract (if using). Mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and cut into small squares or bites.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with crushed candy canes or sprinkles for a festive touch.
