- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 12 slices bacon
- Salt, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Butter, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Boil salted water and cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and place in a bowl.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, milk, butter, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Wrap each muffin cup with a slice of bacon, lining the inside.
- Fill each bacon-lined cup with the macaroni and cheese mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
