- 8 oz. pasta (your choice—farfalle, rotini, or elbow)
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup bell pepper, chopped (red or yellow)
- ⅓ cup green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and Cool: Drain pasta and rinse it under cold water to cool.
- Mix the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine Everything: Add cooled pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and green onions to the bowl. Fold everything together.
- Chill Out: Cover the salad and let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes if time allows.
