Description

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is the perfect recipe for busy days. Quick, easy, and delicious, this dish will become your go-to meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. pasta (your choice—farfalle, rotini, or elbow)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup bell pepper, chopped (red or yellow)
  • ⅓ cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and Cool: Drain pasta and rinse it under cold water to cool.
  3. Mix the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine Everything: Add cooled pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and green onions to the bowl. Fold everything together.
  5. Chill Out: Cover the salad and let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes if time allows.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Toss again prior to serving and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

This salad tastes better the longer it sits; perfect for meal prep. Leftover salad can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
