Description
A juicy beef patty combined with caramelized onions, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and classic burger sauce, all layered between buttery Texas toast for an epic patty melt experience.

- 5 oz lean ground beef
- 3 slices of bacon
- Red onions, sliced
- Easy Classic Burger Sauce
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 slices of Texas toast
- 3–4 Tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Form the ground beef into a thin patty and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patty in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced red onions on top of the patty to caramelize while cooking.
- Butter the Texas toast slices on both sides.
- Layer the cooked patty with caramelized onions, crispy bacon, grated cheddar cheese, and burger sauce on one slice of toast.
- Top with the second slice of toast and cook the assembled sandwich in the skillet, pressing down slightly, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese is fully melted.
- Serve hot.
