- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 strips bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs, then pour over beef mixture.
- Spread tater tots in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the beef mixture over the tater tots, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until casserole is set and tater tots are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to swap ground beef for turkey or add veggies for a personal touch.
