Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs pack all the flavor of a classic cheeseburger into a convenient, easy-to-handle package.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Crumble the crispy bacon slices and mix with shredded cheese into the cooked beef.
- Separate and flatten each biscuit to form a cup.
- Spoon the beef, bacon, and cheese mixture into each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit edges over the filling, sealing them well.
- Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
You can swap out the cheese or add jalapeños for a spicy kick. Use a slotted spoon to drain excess liquid if needed.
