Description

Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs pack all the flavor of a classic cheeseburger into a convenient, easy-to-handle package.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Crumble the crispy bacon slices and mix with shredded cheese into the cooked beef.
  4. Separate and flatten each biscuit to form a cup.
  5. Spoon the beef, bacon, and cheese mixture into each biscuit.
  6. Fold the biscuit edges over the filling, sealing them well.
  7. Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

You can swap out the cheese or add jalapeños for a spicy kick. Use a slotted spoon to drain excess liquid if needed.
